Wir empfehlen 1,5 g täglich (=3 ml oder ein leicht gehäufter Teelöffel). Das Produkt kann zu beliebiger Zeit eingenommen werden, zu einer Mahlzeit oder davon unabhängig, am besten wirkt es jedoch eine halbe bis ganze Stunde vor dem Sport, oder wenn Sie Beschwerden mit einem Gelenk haben, dann eine halbe bis ganze Stunde vor dessen Beanspruchung (also zum Beispiel vor einem längeren Spaziergang). Kann auch morgens auf leeren Magen eingenommen werden. Es bietet sich an, das Produkt in etwas Wasser oder einer anderen Flüssigkeit aufgelöst einzunehmen, da sein Geschmack zwar schwach, aber nicht angenehm ist, und eine schnelle Einnahme daher vorzuziehen ist.
